أكد حسن حمدي رئيس اللجنة المؤقتة لإدارة اتحاد الكرة الطائرة، أن مباراة القمة بين الأهلي والزمالك شهدت ترتيبات كثيرة، ويعملون على مدار الساعة من أجل خروج المواجهة بدون مشاكل.

وقال حمدي خلال تصريحات نقلها مراسل “بطولات”: “تم التعاقد مع شركة تأمين خاصة من أجل المباراة ولن يتم السماح بحضور سوي 100 شخص من الناديين حتي لا يتم اعتراض من أي جانب”.

وتابع: “المباراة تشهد تشديدات كثيرة ونقلناها إلى صالة المقاولون العرب حتى لا يتكرر ما يحدث في مباريات القمة”.

وأتم: “سيتم نقل أي مباراة قمة مقبلة خارج الأندية سواء الأهلي أو الزمالك، ولا نفضل أي ناد على آخر، ولكننا نخدم اللعبة”.

ومن المقرر أن يلتقي الأهلي مع الزمالك، في تمام السادسة مساء غداً الاثنين، في قمة الجولة الـ 11 في ختام الدور الأول، من نهائيات الدورى الممتاز للموسم المحلى 2020 / 2021.

الزمالك يتصدر ترتيب الدوري برصيد 29 نقطة، فيما يتواجد الأهلي في المركز الثانى برصيد 25 نقطة.

Not all La Masia products are meant for greatness and certainly not all make it into Barcelona’s senior team.

Of course, the golden generation with the likes of Xavi Hernandez, Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets is probably one you get once in a million years but that doesn’t mean the famous Catalan academy has stopped producing talent altogether.

Some, like left-back Marc Cucurella for example, have their obvious qualities but seeing how Barcelona’s senior squad is already stacked with talent at most positions, the 21-year-old’s loan deal to Getafe has proved fruitful.

And Cucurella seems to be enjoying his stay away from the Catalan capital, recording multiple brilliant performances already, with the latest coming against Real Sociedad in La Liga.

Indeed, Getafe won the game 2-1 against a remarkably tough opponent.

The former La Masia talent recorded two key passes during the match, attempted three crosses and tallied 58 touches, second-highest in the team and only behind Damian Suarez.

But Cucurella was effective going the other way as well, recording a team-highest three interceptions and one tackle under his name in the process.

By all accounts, the young La Masia ace certainly impressed and it does beg the question as to why he was sent out on loan if he already possesses enough quality to compete in La Liga.

Of course, Barcelona ended up buying a new left-back, in the form of Junior Firpo, to relieve Jordi Alba in his time of need but maybe Cucurella could’ve been a cheaper and equally effective choice himself.

We’ll have to wait and see how both players continue performing in the future and whether Barcelona will regret their summer decision or not.

As per Football Insider, former England international Darren Bent believes Everton should try and sign former Toffee Eric Dier. The Tottenham Hotspur man has played just twice in the Premier League for the Lilywhites this season and was once apart of the Blues’ youth setup before leaving for Portugal.

What did he say?

Well, Dier has been massively overlooked by Mauricio Pochettino this season with new signing Tanguy Ndombele and regulars Harry Winks and Moussa Sissoko keeping him out the side, and his first top flight start of the campaign not coming until Brighton last weekend.

Bent believes Everton should therefore try and lure him to Merseyside, and states that Manchester United should also consider his signature to help Paul Pogba. He said: “I think Leicester would be a good one, they could get the best out of him, Everton, yeah, good.

“Even someone like Manchester United could do with him, a holding midfielder – don’t play Fred there (as) a holding midfielder, he (Dier) plays holding, Pogba plays next to him where he can go and have a free role.”

Always buy versatility and experience

Right now, if there is any position that Everton are strong in, it’s the centre of midfield. With Andre Gomes now injury-free, Silva has five options in the middle of the park and when Jean-Philippe Gbamin returns the Portuguese will certainly be spoilt for choice in this area.

This does not mean, however, that those available to him have pulled up trees. Tom Davies has so far played just 20 minutes of league action, whilst Morgan Schneiderlin’s average rating of 6.07 from WhoScored and Gomes’ average of 6.47 prove certain names have consistently underperformed.

Similar to that of Fabian Delph, Dier would bring incredible versatility for the Blues, as Transfermarkt demonstrates he has played everywhere in the defence, both centre and right-midfield and played 124 times in his predominant position as a defensive midfielder, as per the matches in which the website has recorded his position.

Not only would the 25-year-old help out in midfield, he could also work as a back-up for Yerry Mina and Michael Keane, with the two of them playing every league minute so far, conceding 13 goals. Dier has shown he can play as a centre-back, stepping out in that role 86 times throughout his career, according to Transfermarkt.

Last season, the former Sporting man averaged 1.3 tackles, 2.1 clearances and 1.4 dribbles per game for Spurs in the league and with his proven versatility and experience around Europe and internationally, it would surely be a great signing.

Normally when Juventus only win a game 2-1 against a side such as mid-table Bologna, an attacker who hasn’t registered a goal or an assist wouldn’t be worthy of being the ‘unsung hero’ of the week.

However, it was Gonzalo Higuain’s impressive performance that went under the radar.

The 31-year-old Argentinian is known for his great finishing ability, but he wasn’t able to convert any of the five shots he had in the game, with three being on target – the joint-most in the match – and the other two being blocked (WhoScored).

Higuain’s link-up play was also impressive. The forward made 34 passes overall with a success rate of 88 per cent, as well as making two key passes in the game, which helped contribute to Juve’s domination of the ball, with the Old Lady having 65% of possession (ESPN).

It wasn’t just WhoScored that recognised Higuain had a really polished match, with 90Min giving the forward a healthy 8/10 for his match against Bologna – only being matched by Gianluigi Buffon and Cristiano Ronaldo – while Miralem Pjanic went one better with 9/10 to win the outlet’s Man of the Match award.

While it is hard to imagine whether Juventus would have been better off starting Paulo Dybala after his good start to the season (with an average rating in Serie A of 7.1 so far this year from WhoScored), Higuain showed just why Maurizio Sarri is using him by putting in a well-rounded performance which helped his side win the three points.

It was far from a classic performance from the Argentinian, but he was still able to register a lot of shots and pop up in the right spaces, as well as make a lot of runs which created space for the other creative players within this Juve team.
